I would like to thank Gillian and her team for the wonderful work they have done over the past year with respect to our rental property. We are on a military move to Winnipeg for the next few years so it is a big relief to us knowing that our house is being well-taken care of. Gillian has always been very professional and efficient, dealing with any issues in a timely manner. She has been a very effective intermediary between us and our tenants, keeping us informed of needed repairs etc.
